We offer 2 shipping methods. Standard Shipping (estimated delivery time 3-7 business days) and Express Shipping (1-3 business days). Please note the delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location or external factors.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be available for orders over £70, automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number or code via email, use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ellescandyhouse.co.uk.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
