Refund policy

At Elles Candy House, we want every sweet tooth to be happy! We pack every order with love and care. We use the freshest sweets. Because our sweets are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once they have left our premises. Don't worry, we will always make things right if something goes wrong. 

If there's a problem with your order

If there is a problem with your order, if it arrives damaged, incomplete or not right please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.

Send us an email on info@ellescandyhouse.co.uk with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue (if possible)

A short message telling us what has happened

We will look into it as quick as we can and do our best to replace or refund the order.

We sadly do not take returns or exchanges on any sweets once they have been delivered, this helps us to keep everything safe and hygienic for everyone.

Refunds

If we issue a refund, it will be sent back to the original payment method. This can usually take anywhere between 3-5 working days for your bank or card provider to process it. If it has been longer please check with your bank first and if you still don't see it drop us an email and we will help you out.
